Our Journey in Property
Development
I started out working on large infrastructure projects like HS2, Crossrail and renewable energy schemes — reporting on budgets, schedules, risk and change. That structured, commercial way of working shaped how we do things today and, over time, it’s also what led to my interest in property investment.
Ten years on, my focus is on building a long-term property portfolio. Through our holding company, we buy and bring neglected or underused buildings back to life, add value through careful redevelopment and hold them to generate steady income. We invest our own money and work with people we trust, giving others the opportunity to benefit once projects are complete.
What began in consulting has grown into a small, investment-led property business focused on buying well, improving what we take on and holding it for the long term — generating recurring income and solid yields. We’re always open to new investment opportunities and working with people who share the same approach.
